JINJA CITY HOUSE:

Jinja City House was the first real estate project the Fund undertook outside Kampala, further underlining the Fund’s commitment to contributing to the economic development of the country at large. The Fund constructed a state of the art commercial building that changed the skyline of Jinja town. The structure is located on Plot 2-4 Lubas road in Jinja Municipality. Jinja City House is a modern retail and office complex comprising four (4) floors with a total built-up area of approximately 1,500m2. The retail and office space on offer is approximately 1,200m2. The modern building has parking capacity of up to 40 surface spaces.
