MBARARA CITY HOUSE:

The project is part of the Fund’s strategy to diversify its investment portfolio minimizing any risks within its asset classes. Mbarara City House sits on the Fund’s 0.43 acres on Plot 6B Galt Road, Mbarara town. It is a modern retail and office complex comprising of four floors with a total built-up area of approximately 1,500 m² and a parking capacity of up to 40 vehicles. It is the Fund’s second real estate development outside of Kampala and Wakiso.
